About Us

Introduction of HKSHI

The Hong Kong Society for Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics (HKSHI) was incorporated as a limited liability company on 8 July, 2011.

The primary objectives of the Society are:

To contribute to the advancement of science, education and application in histocompatibility and immunogenetics.

To advocate the international standards of laboratory testing in histocompatibility and Immunogenetics in the interest of optimal patient care.

To provide a forum for the exchange of knowledge and information of histocompatibility and immunogenetics.

To strengthen the co-operation, communication, exchange of ideas and opinion between the local and overseas professionals in histocompatibility and immunogenetics.
